Newbie Saying Hi

Good evening all, I have just purchased a Merc C230 Kompressor R reg,
Can anyone shed a little more on these cars, Whats the reliability like what the bhp ,common faults, what the supercharger like what mods can I do to increase the BHP, do these cars like induction kits ect ect.

I know I should of found this out before I purchased the car but it was an impulse purchase.

Hello and welcome to the forum, there is little that you can do with a petrol car but small improvements can be made.

If the car is an auto, then we always recommend that the gearbox fluid be changed after 60K miles

Its a manual 117k on the clock, the car pulls pretty well not much history, whats the cambelts like for changing? or are they chain.

No belts on Mercs they are chains and generally give little trouble
