Normal temperature

What is the normal driving temperature for E220?

My car temperature went up to 100 mark at standing position and went down again to 85 - 90 mark while start driving. This was happening at mid 30 celcius. At cool night the temperature only goes up to the 60-70 mark are these normal?

This sounds OK to me.

But if you are (or get) concerned it is always worth dropping a new thermostat in. They do not cost much and are very easy DIY items.

Thermostats work hard and do get tired and ultimately fail
