Official Mercedes dealers in Kent

Does anyone have any particularly good or bad experiences in buying a car or getting one serviced at official Mercedes dealers in Kent? I believe there are dealers in Maidstone, Chatham and Gillingham.

10 years ago bought a brand new E220 auto estate, very pleased with dealer & sale for £37k + part ex 88/E230.
220 was much faster off the mark & yet more economical, but had a few nasty problems with power windows fuse blowing every 2 month's & electric roof going pear shaped 1 week out of warranty a year later.

Not really Kent, but the lads at Croydon did an excellent job (sales).

Give Bromely a wide - very wide - berth for service issues. They cannot even manage to respond to an email I sent criticising their frankly pathetic service after 72 hours.

The dealers at Gillingham (Rainham) are pretty helpful. They actually came out of the warm to fit a couple of bulbs free of charge and didnt look down their noses at my old battlebus parked on their forecourt !!

Dealers in Kent

I had my 250td est serviced at the dealer at Gillingham - they collected car (20 miles) & did a good job. Included my request of estimate of jobs wanted doing outside of service routine! Ask for Dan in service dept.
