Hi...I'm new here hoping for some guidance and advice.
I have a 2014 ml250 diesel which has done 42k and developed an oil leak. I'm getting a drip on the tarmac overnight and MB suspect it's the oil cooler/heat exchanger near the oil filter housing.
They also said they'd replace the cooler rather than reseal it as in their experience, a reseal fails again after 6 months or so...all for the bargain price of £700 ish!
I've had a look and it looks like an absolute pig of a job...can barely see it let alone remove it so I wondered if anyone had experience of the job?
