Presuming it is engine oil and nobody has put any oil in the rad system by mistake, the most common reason for this is failure of the head gasket in the area of the oil passage through to the overhead gear. Is there any sign of water in the sump? It is usually a one way affair as oil pressure is higher than water pressure.

Does the engine or tranny oil run through the main rad for cooling on these? If yes, might just be a duff rad.
