I have just bought a new C200 CDI,which was imported from Germany with a manual in ..German.
Any ideas as to where I can find an English one?

try a dealer!
take the german book with you, the part number for the german book will help the dealer sort the correct one.... just change the last 2 numbers <00> for 02.......
