I guess I'm now officially a full-on Mercedes fan as I've just p/exd my W126 420SE for 'interesting' 420SEC!
It's black, with grey alcantara seats (which I've not seen before???) and a strange induction system comprising of a ally 'arm' ending in a normal car panel filter housing, witha metal badge with the words 'CAUTION FORCED INDUCTION! etc on it.
It also has a quality ally header tank.
Just read one of my Merc books and found out it's a Mosselmann (?) supercharger intake system - but sadly no supercharger bolted onto it!!!!
I'm happy enough as it is, and finding out this has just made me happier!
No reason to this email apart from telling everyone how chuffed I am!
