After a google search for the cables I need to install a CD changer in my W203 I found www.partsreunited.co.uk - result was a brand new fibre optic cable, RRP £24.20 + VAT, for £14.13 delivered - from MB Oxford. Unfortunately no listing for the D2B cable I also need, but it's a site worth a look if you're after MB parts.
