Please help with

Hello everyone, I came across this forum by browsing online for some faults with my mother in law B-class, 246.200 (B 180 CDI) diesel.
2 days after changing the main battery, the check engine light came on and I used the car scanner odb2 app to see what was going on.
I'm attaching the screenshot of the diagnostics. Can anyone tell me is this something to be upset about, or it is just the new battery? Did not wat to clear the errors before getting a second opinion for someone more experienced, hence this post. Thank you in advance

I’d clear the codes and see if they come back, it might of interfered the 2 systems connecting.

Thank you, after playing with the ignition, cel went away on its on. Then i cleared the codes and only the ABS code came back. No cel though. Will try again tomorrow on the road. Thanks again

the check engine light will go off after so many engine starts then reappear after further ignition starts. have you checked the battery voltage? could possibly be the ABS sensor.

As above I’d clear the codes and see what comes back the problem appears to be either the ABS unit or one of the 4 ABS sensors one on each wheel. What diagnostic kit are you using iCarsoft scanners can monitor live ABS sensor readings when the car is moving which helps to see if one has a fault
