possible ignition issue

So I have a 57 kompressor c180. I have noticed a few things when turning it over , last week the parking sensors stopped working on start up, I turned it off and on again and seemed just fine since then, tonight, upon start up the car cut out,
I started it up again and the battery light came on , pulled over and re-started and it drove great no issues at all, anyone got any advice please?

the battery not the alternator? I wondered why it would indicate the battery and then go back to normal when restarting it?
