Power train swap

Hi has anyone knowledge or experience of putting a more powerful power unit in a 1997 108D such as a turbo unit from a 109,111 or 112.
Which ones would you recommend?
Is it an easy swop or is there a lot of modifying to be done?
Any help greatly appreciated.
