Hello, I've just joined..so hello to you all! (i'm going to moan, so please let me!!)lol

I have a 1.8 classic w202(1994) with full service history and 77,520miles on the clock. And has full service history... I have had the car for the past 6 years. The w202, i've always wanted that car, the way she sits....and looks polished..and that's it!

The car is currently p*ssing out unleaded fuel like there is no tomorrow.....
(don't worry she's in the garage AGAIN, on monday, - as she has been for the last 6 years.....also on monday they'll be checking why the abs light is always on, and not to forget, the speedo has a mind of it's own...should i work today...or should i not.....NO is the answer......the car dis-charges car batteries like there is no tomorrow...similar to a U-Boat!

Although i have a love hate relationship....i love the car...i really do, but that German car does'nt like me.....at all! no-doubt, it was built out of the scrap they recovered from Berlin! (aka WW2)

So that's it...my car is possessed by a Nazi!! it must be!!

Has anybody else had any similar experiences or...is it just me and Helga, as i like to call her!

If I'd had the myriad of problems that you describe Helga would have been consigned to the Autotrader or eBay ad section.
Welcome to the forum, might be a short stay then?

One of the ABS sensor is gone, either use a code reader or sent it to someone who has one. The battery looks need replacement. When was is last done? I had to change mine after 7 years. Fix one problem at a time or get yourself a new W203.

There is no short cut as it needs service intervals. Don't expect to drive forever without a service, it won't.
