My first hiccup with CP4L today.

Yesterday I used the chat facility to confirm if my order was due that day. Jay kindly checked that it was and scheduled for later on.

I waited in all day but nothing arrived apart from an email saying they had tried to deliver??

The driver confirmed it was in fact due out later today (Friday) although he hadn't collected the parcel as yet.

As part of my feedback I contacted CP4L by chat to inform them of a wasted day - as luck would have it this was the same chap but instead of apologising he carried on as normal despite the obvious delay.

Perhaps this is an automated menu driven response service similar to the 02 chat facility?
