? Pulse Rings

E220 Diesel 52 plate sometimes gets stuck in low gear and shows message - ESP, BAS, ABS, Service Brake. Can't get cruise control. I was told it's a problem with the pulse rings. I live in West London and am looking for someone to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The rings can be bought very cheaply. They rust and break and all the faults you mention then happen.
