R107 Headlamp Wash Wipe renewal

This could be a real challange.
I have removed the headlamp wiper system from my 500SL and the reason for it not working is currently corrosion.
Can these parts be replaced?
Or has anyone managed to achieve a repair?

but it might be easier if you can just replace it with a functioning one from a breakers. Try Mercman at southampton
