It would appear that the mounting/bearing has in someway failed and the small wheel is no longer in alignment with the other pulleys/wheels . You can clearly see rust staining where the unit is attached to engine block.

Do I need to change the complete unit. ? or is their a bush or bearing in side that must be changed?
Any help given would be greatly appreciated.
