Anybody Recommended independent MB garage for vans near Gloucestershire.
working of personel recomends i have found more than once a great way do get your car fixed at a fair price.

If you go north as well as south, I have used Andy Gayle at Oldbury since 1995. Not far off junction 2 of the M5 - does lots of Sprinters and Vitos.

Uses menu pricing (see website) and is easy to deal with. Manager is Roger.

just got my car back from the garage for a lumpy idle issue.

very friendly guys, and helpful.

labour rate is £50 + VAT per hour.

to investigate the problem, change all plugs, and 2 new HT leads they did in 1.5 hours, so think thats pretty swift.

will go back to them when my A service is due, currently its 3k miles away

well i finally clocked up enough miles/time for the A service this week.

just come back, had A service done, no extra's required on it, and also on top had a transmission fluid change done, as i didn't know if one had ever been done in the past.

good service, pleasant guys, car was washed for me , and the bill at the end of the day was £230 total

I recently had my car serviced at MBB at Cheltenham. I have a W203 200 CDi, 2005 model. It was a B service with MOT and air condition regas. My car was also washed. The service was first class with friendly staff and a courtesy car was provided. The cost was £285.

Great prices there. Does any one know if they are the guys who worked at County? If they are all fine and dandy, I always found County staff to be exteremly polite and very helpful. I will give them a go for my next service about 5k away.

Question::Has anyone used Prospect Solihull for service and repair work?

I understand the staff at MBB had all worked at County Garage in Cheltenham at some point.

"MB&B" seems to be the initials of the guys running the company so I doubt if Mercedes can do anything about it.

I normally do most of the work on my ML430 myself but I had an awkward fuel filter modification to do and it was very cold in my garage. I took it to MB&B and they did a fine job for £50 with the parts that I supplied. I shall definitely go back next time I need some help.

Access to the M5 at Jnct 10 is easy if you are coming from the North but not quite so good from the South as you need to use Jnct 11

I use Robin Lamb who is on the Bristol Rd Gloucester.

He is an independent, who whilst perhaps not the cheapest, is very efficient and knowledgable.

well its happened, two brake warning lights come on on my vito
I do the oil and filters myself but brakes so its time for a garage job.
on your advice going to give MB&B Cheltenham a go for the repair,
will book her in for next week ,
will give the forum a nod how I get on,

I have booked my vito in for a brake service at mb&b.
for next friday, still £50+vat,
will see what happens when i pick her up and if i have any issue about work done.

just come out from brake service ar mb &b cheltenham,
well pleased, first visit but freindly owner and staff.
they fixed what she went in for and a was well pleased with charges,
as i say early days but so far 5Star ,
