Redex Injector Cleaner

C180K SE Coupe
I have a C180 SK Coupe and about 7-10 days ago put some Redex Injector cleaner fuel additive into my fuel tank when I filled up. The amber engine symbol has just illuminated on my dashboard! Could I have done some damage by using the additive???::confused:

Do not use any more and drive the car for a while and see if it goes out after one or two more new tank fulls
