I'm waiting for a a refund from Merc for the return of the timing chain,they are sending a check is this right?.
I mean I buy with cash so do not get cash back?.
I can understand getting a check if you pay by that or visa you get the money credited to your account,but not with cash like I say.
And who else takes a 20% handling charge thats crap (like I told him too),I mean for gods sake all they have to do is press a couple of buttons and its back in stock.
I tell you I am really going off Merc and their idea of buisiness,it is (as I told him also) a rip off.

Merc,
I think you will find that virtually all businesses will make refunds by cheque, as cash could go astray in the post if that was the way your refund was to be sent.I agree with you about the handling charge but a lot of businesses have it,but that does not mean it is fair.

What I should have said,I was meeting the guy to hand the goods back to him,they knew I was meeting the driver in person.
I know what your saying,thats fine when its postal,but it wasnt,so whay couldnt they have given the driver the money,their so called policy is ****!!!!.
I really think I'm gonna change back to Saab,at least I know where I stand with them.
