removing and cleaning maf w210 e200

any advice on removing and cleaning the maf ? engine runs like an old train when idling and doesn,t accelerate very well or should i just have it replaced ?

Welcome to the forum have you tried it with the MAF unplugged,,ignore idle,just see if it goes better

i did as you suggested TV and car is runnig much better , is it ok to leave disconnected or what should i do next ??

once again thanks a mil TV , but is it ok to drive with maf diconnected for a day or two ??

Yes it will do no harm at all,,I have had the MAF disconnected on my V70R for 20 months now while I save for a new one
