I cannot recommend anyone specifically but there are loads of reliable independant specialists around.

This job will not be cheap as fairly major surgery is required - something in the order of 10 hours labour stripping out the dash and putting it back (IIRC).

To be honest, your car is not that unique that you need to hang on to it - is it? You may be better off just ploughing what you would (may) have spent and churn it for a model with aircon - and have a lot less hassle.

I had this done on my c class when I got it 2 years ago. Costs £1500 from a reputable installer.
