Retrofitting/enabling Apple Carplay/Android Auto for 2020 e200d?

Hi everyone, i have bought a used 2020 e200d and noticed that I do not have Apple Carplay/Android Auto installed on the system. From reading online, i understand that my car should have this installed but needs enabling. Could someone advice me if this is true and how do i go about doing so? Thank you!
