Well How to start, first thanks to my friend Fozzy who allow my posting to you about my problem through his name.
Now I have an S320, 2002 model.
I have took the car to the agent here in Qatar for the regular services it took them 28 days until I have my car back and they charge me for 2000 UK pounds for that and guess what I took it out and the hydraulic of the doors was not working. They prepare for me and charge me too, somehow they convince me that this is an electric problem and it might happen any time.

4 weeks back I took the car for the service again and it stayed there for almost three week and they have charged me for it around 2400 UK pounds, and when I took it out the boot was not opening at all.

I took it back to them and the guy there try to open it, no success so he call the mechanics, the mechanics try and he success, the parts they have changed was still in side. I left it with them to prepare it and then they come back to me that someone have close it too hard, I told them, yes I agree and that when your mechanic has open it to put the replaced parts in it, and he call the mechanics and talk to him and then come back to me and tell me that there is a miss understanding, and the point is that this part have a expired time, and it is 6 years. I still don’t know if this correct or what.

Can you please advice me with what to do and if there any email to the mother company in Germany I can complain to where they want to charge me for it.
