S500 W222 noisy start up

Hi all,
Loving my S class but it is very noisy for about 10 seconds when started up from cold. A sort of cam follower or chain rattling noise. Cant really hear it from inside but from outside it is like an old diesel.
4.7 biturbo engine.

Anyone got any ideas or is it normal? I thought it might be something that needs oil pressure to stop it.

If you crank stop crank 4, 5 times before you let motor catch does the rattle, noise dissappear?
If so my money is on camfollowers draining down.

Just doing a 221 s500, 278 engine chains and sprockets. One cam sprocket has a delivery date of March!!!!

Cam followers draining was one of my thoughts. I will try your suggestion.

If tis that wouldnt worry too much .you can also get a pre lube kit. Puts oil light out BEFORE start .mine was 350 usd. Prob cheaper than tear down and followers replacement .
