Got a big splog of seagull crap on my paintwork wont seem to come of what ever i try any ideas:mad:

WD40 is a legend of a product it's got over 1000 application's ( I dont realy care but just thought i would let you know ) .... Just dont get it on your windows it awfull to get off ;)

Get loads of seagulls here. Water left to soak (repeated dousings) will soften it and then it glides off easily. Warm water with a bit of Fairy liquid in it will soften it quicker.

If you leave it long enough in hot sunny weather, you need a plane, a file or a Surform blade!:)

just keep on soaking it will come off. sooner rather than later as it will make a mess of the paint work

File a pressure hose in to the angle between the deposit and the paint work and peel or roll it off. Less damaging than any other mechanical or chemical treatment.
