Hi all, I have recently acquired a 1999 c180 estate with full mb service history. I was just checking a few things and found that the pollen/cabin filter was totally clogged up with leaves and other debris - is this an item that should be changed annually?

Also

I removed the spark plugs and found that I had two different types fitted.

I had 3 x F7KTCR and 1 x F8KTCR. Does anyone know which are the correct ones (According to German Swedish, it is F8KTCR).

Given that the car has a full service history and the spark plugs are not due for replacement until 75000 miles, could it really be true that these plugs were fitted new in the factory?

the answer to your spark plug question

look in the owner's manual,if you have one, or on looking inthe engine bay of the car you may find a sticker that includes service data such as the plugs specs for your car.

on my w202 c class it is as above-not entirely sure of the t202
