Service B5 appearance after resetting service A1 for C250 coupe AMG

Hello,
I just did the service A1 check (oil + filters changed) and got reset and afterwards, service B5 popped up saying that it is overdue by 26k kilometres.
Do I need to reset this as well?
Or, is there something else that needs to be changed here?

Hi Patricia, your car is 4 years old and the 'normal' service schedule should be a MAJOR (B) service which would include brake fluid & filter , air filters etc etc...
Not sure if you have something similar in Romania but in the UK we'd use this to tell us what's needed based on year, mileage etc

Hello,
I got it from a private person last year, who got it from Germany.
The thing that i don't get is that, why after i reset the A1 service, this B5 popped up?
Today , all the changes were made, olis+filters etc

Patricia, your car was clocked, I’m sorry to say it. Your car is around 350-400k kilometres at real. Go to Mercedes main dealer, pay what you have to pay there and ask them to check your car on their network, after that come back here and let us know the result. I hope was just clocked.... .

Patricia, the car should never have even accepted/reset an A1 service, A is a minor service and 1 means it's first, which obviously can't be right. So when you 'reset' it's telling you the Major B service should have been done which means a 5th. service , on a 2017 car that doesn't make sense unless the mileage has overtaken the timing of an 'annual' service. You got it around August last year (2020) showing 175,000km, right? In which case it might not be 'clocked' - it's doing c45k /year which (If my brain is working) it should have been getting more than 1 service a year? So the B5 requirement might be correct

Yes, last year i got, and it had around 170.000 km
currently has 181.000 km, haven't changed anything so far until today
I have the car history, all the mileage readers... I don't understand how this could be possible

Depending on model, on the 4th service reset, the assist goes haywire. A software update on powertain control module usually fixes it.
