Service reset on a 208

We are having problems re setting the service re set, it all goes OK then it comes back some 10 mins later B service due, any ideas please.

What is it you are doing to reset the indicator? Anything like this?

Switch ON the ignition and immediately press the trip reset 'R' button twice.
Switch OFF the ignition.
Press and continue to hold the trip reset 'R' button again whilst switching the ignition back ON.
Still keeping the trip reset 'R' button pressed in, after 10 seconds the new service interval will appear in the display.
Then and only then, release the trip reset 'R' button.
