Hey everyone, I'm new here, as well as being a new MB owner. I recently bought an '01 E320 but don't have the service booklet I keep reading about in the owners manual and online, so I don't have any idea what the service A and B involve or any other service related info. Can anyone help me out? And is there anyplace I can get one of these manuals? I'd really like to be up to speed on what service my car needs and when.

Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff - Welcome to MB ownership. Your local MB dealer should be able to supply a new service booklet. Also, if all servicing has been done at a dealership, he may well also be able to get hold of previous service records on your vehicle. Finally, he should also be able to get you a copy of the vehicle's data card, if you need one. They provide details of the original options, paintwork & upholstery. I understand that two are supplied with a new vehicle, one of which is pasted into the back of the service booklet.

Not all dealers/MB outlets are helpful with this kind of thing, so you may need to be persistent - or try more than one.

Service history is important for resale value, so getting hold of the previous history would be a wise move.
