How do i put on new fuel filter ,do the holes in the filter bolt need to be lined up with holes in the bracket and does the filter need to be full of fuel prior to replacing because i have lots of air which is runing from filter to pump which in turn causes engine to cut out and ecp light comes on billo_73@hotmail.com
