SL320 gearbox replacement.

I am in the middle of France and need to transport my car back to UK
to have a refurb: on my gearbox, the reverse gear has stopped working and it is very expensive to have the work done in France.
Can anyone advise if they know of transport going back to the UK empty,
or another cheap way that I can get the car back to the UK.

I can't helpp with the transport but a box re-build costs around £1500 for the "works"

It will be the KS clutch leaky gasket, but that is a box out job
If it is only the R that is not working cannot you drive the car to the UK
