Sl500 2002-03/04

Hi Guys New to the forum and was hoping someone could help!

Currently have 2001 CLK320 Convertible and I'm looking to part ex it for a early 2002-03 SL500 want as many goodies on it as possible. As long as I can talk the boss(wife) into a two seater.

What would be best a 2002 with loads of goodys or a more basic 2003/04 model, I've seen a 2002 with about 30,000 miles on it with all the goody's but just worried about the fact its 5 years old.

Any advise like major face lifts in the early years or problems with the first cars released? (I think only one was in 2006) or anything to look out for would be appreciated.

Also any good Independent Merc garages around Bristol, always had serviced at Merc but if trading up need to save some money somewhere.

I know them inside out now, mine is an early one with everything and you will not find one 2003 on with much on it.

5 years is nothing on a good low mielage one
