I saw an SL60 last summer on the M1 and you could see most people would not know what the SL60 is and everyone was slowing down to the speed limit to have a look. It also looked epic and stood totally apart from anything else on the road.

Although only 150 were made it's still the second most common AMG version.
The rarest were the SL50 (only direct from AMG) SL55 (65 made) and SL72.
It's pretty strong money for that!

It was the 7.3 engine that was used in the Zonda.

From the photos, the AMG version looks pretty much like a 500, so why not put an SL73 badge on an SL500 ? Problem sorted, suddenly your car is worth 200 grand, and you gain free entry to the inappropriate badging thread. Simples.
