Wonder if anyone can help! Just bought Mercedes Sprinter 310D couple of little problems:
1. Engine starts OK but when selecting reverse cuts out engine and dashboard lights. Turn key off and restart does same thing until warm but can select forward gears OK.
2. When running runs fine, if you rev hard get a cloud of white smoke but OK if you keep the idle high the white smoke clears. Just passed MOT omissions and have checked turbo which is fine. No loss of oil or water at the moment but not many miles done at present.
Any help would be gratefully received.
