Sprinter 310D Water Pump replacement

Apologies if this info is already available, - have had a look at the forum - but we need to replace the pump asap in order to get to France tomorrow - already missed one ferry because the fan belt shattered last night! So that needs fixing too

So are there any things to look out for, worked on many other engines but wondered if there were any tips/tricks to replacing the pump?

mind the fan belt,. it winds around the crank and damages the front main seal!!,..just had it happen,. =[
