I am having problems selecting gears with the engine running when the box is cold? If I select a gear without the engine running it engages easily, it is same in all the gears. Once the box warms up it is a lot better. The clutch operation has been checked and that is O/K. Mechanic suspects it is the oil that needs changing. Has anybody else had this problem? How easy is it to change the oil? What is the correct oil and quantity?

If it is worse in the cold weather then only fill the bos to within 10mm of the top of the filler
