trying to reset my service indicator , in my 1998 e class took advice here before wont work
somebody help please

Switch Ign to Pos 2, press the 0 button twice to bring up the service counter, switch off Ign, press and hold 0, switch on Ign pos2 and wait for ten secs until gong sounds and counter resets.

I once had a C280 V6 2000 year and this wouldn't respond to the service reset procedure and the only way it could be reset was via star. The replacement C280 V6 I now have resets perfectly using the procedure. Strange !
