superchips for diesel clk

I have a 03 clk 270 diesel and I am considering chipping to upgrade power and torque has any body out there got experience of these and which if any do they recommend.
In their blurb it sounds too good to be true! Let's hear some opinions please. thanks

Ive used Upsolute for chipping a V220Cdi and a VW Caravelle and Superchips for a Primera.
I have been delighted with the improvement in responsiveness and Fuel consumption with both companies products.
The real difference between the 2 is that for the same improvement the Superchip will cost you £200 more than the Upsolute Chip.
