New on here - after much thinking just put in an order

C250 CDi blue efficiency elegance saloon. Due in about September - maybe

A bit impressed by the huge torque and power figures for the apparent economy. Only ever seen reviews (usual suspects) and nothing on MB website either. Never before have I ordered something I know so little about......... should be interesting.

Anyone any views on this one?

Thanks. It's only a workhorse, to be honest - the play toy is a FIAT!! (motorhome...) and an 18 foot plastic sailing boat fast enough to scare the pants off most people.

Looking forward to that power, 500nm of torque and 155 mph top speed (I drive a lot in Germany on business) in action is what is not a big car

Sounds nice, it offers 320cdi peformance with 220cdi economy. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts, and comments on this new engine.
