If it can't be recalibrated it will need changing. It's in the back of the steering wheel.

I have changed them on Vw , was simple enough just had put everything back in reverse as it came out and had reset after fitting but in a few I done a drive and turned steering fully round right to left a few time put light out. But as said these were Vw , But I am sure with a little advice you should be able to do it yourself, just remember to disconnect power etc and unplug air bag.
Someone will know your car better than me and hopefully come along with a bit of advice.

Not familiar with that wheel but normally screws from behind.
