No anywhere, car was just about perfect even the full leather seats are as new.

Judging by the body profile it looks like a 1999 model......(no, I didnt look at the reg plate on the tailgate in the background)
What a waste of a reasonable vehicle.............There are many cars on the road in much worse condition than that A Class was.
Maybe it is a sign of the times that we are prepared to scrap "reasonable" cars these days?
Such a pity in this modern world of recycling

I assume the previous owner of the vehicle abandoned it because it had become a pain in the buttocks (maintenance wise). As you say a vehicle of that age should have still been " A Good Little Runner" ! Now, if it had been a 1932 Austin 10 Top Hat fabric body saloon it would still be going steady.
Even if pulling to the right before stopping eventually?
