I tried to post a picture of it but was not successfull. I will try to explain.

On the throttle, outside at the end of the gaz linkage, there is a screw blocked by a nut. this screw is used to limit the opening of the throttle at idle.

I have changed that adjustment and would like to do it properly.

Hi there,
Idle stop screws generally never need adjusting, only the throttle body needs is to be cleaned with carby cleaner and lubricated with CRC or similar lubricant.
Do you have an idle problem ?

Warren :D

Thanks Warren,

Indeed you are right and I should have never touched it. But I did it some times ago to have a stable idle and before I new that it is sufficient to clean. But that is the past and now I would like to do it properly, so any method is very much welcomed and apparently nobody knows the method. I beleve there is one.

To clean the throttle body I removed it from the car so I am sure everything is clean.
