I am from sweden and am trying to trace the preowners of my 280SE/C 3.5 -70 that is sold new in england.
What`s the name of the department that registers all car`s in england? and the phone number??
Do any know if they can trace the preowner of a car if you don`t know the registrations number but know the chassienumber??
