this issue is annoying me..

I have to inflate one of the tyre every 15 days.... when I ckeck pressure it is always 25% less every 15 days...

If it would be a puncture... it would be completely flat... i am not understanding what is happening.

Can you suggest me what should i do in such case?

Its a slow puncture - something, like nail, embedded in the tread of the tyre and air leaking around it. May well be possible to have it repaired (tyre man will remove tyre, find and remove foreign body and then put a plug in the hole). If repair is possible, costs up to £20.

Alloy rims can leak as they corrode between the tyre bead and rim. most tyre shops have a mastic that they put between the rim after the bead after wire brushing down the inside of the wheel.

Just go and take a bath with a wheel and you can see where the bubbles come from.

Just had the same thing on my CLK
Offside front down to 23psi every couple of weeks
Took it to ATs they failed to find anything
Then 2 weeks later took it into Kwikfit and they found slow leak around the rim
They had to skim the inside rim refit tyre and all is well now
Cost me £35!!!

I now have a lovely mental picture of you bathing with a wheel and tyre Malcolm, and struggling to immerse the inflated tyre! :D

You may well be correct of course - but you did take 7 minutes longer than I did to answer. I really don't think we can allow you time off if this is to be the result!!

Will be interesting to see which of our explanations proves to be the case.

I only have a shower, so out of the question for me.

I took time off to eat a dry cream cracker with cheese for lunch:confused:
