Check the drivers door pillar or the fuel filler flap

Makes no difference, tyre pressures remain largely the same irrespective of the size, within limits i.e. if you fit 20" rims and rubberband tyres...

Mine is Sports pack and the pressures are the same as std model.

It's always just a starting point anyway, you will want to vary +/- within the range specified until you find what suits your style / comfort requirements

thanks nemesis
but could someone give me a starting point on this, as when i did check tyres i had to reduce front by nearly 10 psi, i dont want to run them at wrong pressures as this will cause wear,
so what are people runnig these tyres at cheers

As the above replies, they stay the same. the pressure is a weight thing more than anything else, and it is this that keeps it the same, as said above, with very skinny tyres you may wish to inflate a little higher to protect the rims from pot hole damage

I ran mine at 29 front 30 back. Most mileage with just me in it - so no load. I just got 30,000 miles out of the last set of Michelin Premacy Pilots before I chopped it in. Switched front to rear after 20,000 as fronts were wearing more on edges and back was wearing more in middle.

Cheers

I think you'll find they're 245/45/17s (I have the sports pack too)
I tend to run 32/36 but the thing to do is to follow the chart in the filler cap and watch the tyre wear. If the inner 1/2 is wearing more than the outer edges, reduce by 2 psi, if the inner is wearing less, increase by 2psi.

For some reason all my tyres were 28 ish when I checked them this week - no idea why - they were fine 2 weeks ago but anyway - I had noticed the ride was really nice - it's just that it was a bit twitchy on the M621 hairpin at 90 (sorry I meant 70mph).

Mine were down 4 psi all round - it's cold these days

The AA digital gauges bing sold by Morrisons at £5.95 are very good value and accurate too
