VISEEO MB-2 MB2 Low Volume

Hello
I bought the Viseeo MB2 from Command Online. It seemed ok the first day but then i had to do a reset. After that the volume is really low. I can barely hear anything. Ive turend the volume in the all the way up but it still doesnt do anything.
Is there any other way to bring the volume up

Ive tried the microphone volume but that dosnt help either.
Any help will be appreciated.

Yea, read them all,
the problem was it needed a cpu firmware upgrade and bluetooth firmware upgrade.
got the latest burned to the disc and its now working fine.

I would appreciate a quick online lesson on how to do that Saleemarshad. I have the MB-2 and the usb but no instructions. When I connect the unit to my pc nothing happens so I'm guessing I have to press some of the buttons?
