Vito 108CDI Oil Filter Location

I apologise in advance if I am not using this site correctly or have missed a prevoius posting, but I naively thought I could change the oil and filter on my newly acquired 2000 108CDI Vito van this afternoon. Drained the oil OK but can't find the filter - I know it's a cartridge type and not a canister, but can't see where it might be unless it's that plastic lid with 25NM and a clockwise arrow on it near the power steering pump.

I would greatly appreciate any help in locating this.

Thats it, its on the left and is the black canister.

get the special tool for it ..dead cheap merc / halfords / ebay
