vito 110cdi HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi, can anyone tell me an easy way of removeing the injectors on my 99 vito 110cdi, i have removed all the black carbon from around the injectors and would like some advice on removeing the injectors. I have been told to put vinager around the injectors to soak overnight before i remove.
