Hi, does anyone no how to remove/reset the service reminder countdown without having to go to mercedes?

look on Ebay, there's always service reminder/reset gear for sale on there.

Will do, i just wondered if there was a sequence on the buttons to remove it.

try this one:

Turn Key to position '2' and immediately press Button '1' (on the instrument display) twice quickly.
The service miles will appear on the display
Within 10 secs of doing this turn key back to position '0' (off)
Press button '1' again and hold whilst turning key back to position '2'
Keep the button pressed until you hear a sound signal (about 10secs)
