W124 300CE 1990 CONSTANT CLICKING

So from the rear drivers side (RHD), inside the car, only when I drive, there is an intermittent loud click, seems to be coming from the panel below the rear quarter light which is electric.
At the moment the power window has stopped working and also the seat belt presenter( although the latter never worked before the click).

Im assuming it might be a relay in there for either of these two features or a relay for something else entirely.

Any thoughts before I take off the whole panel?

Not easy to know what it is as the belt presenter sits under that panel in the rear, best take the panel off and you will see what it is.

I will have to take off the panel and get my son to sit in the back and see where its coming from.
